just so you know......... it takes about 3 gallons of ice cream and 48 popsicles for an average 5 year old boy to recover from getting his tonsils and adenoids taken out.
the little man did great, in fact, it didn't even slow him down to much.
we are all so glad he is fully back to his full speed ahead self.
just can't get over how big our girls look in these pics cheering on our bulldogs!
YES, a double take of LJ did happen. I mean she looks too OLD to be my baby!
FACT 1: both pictures were tagged to me on facebook. :( meaning I did not even take them, but I do like receiving them.
FACT 2: I am no longer cool to hang out with at the tailgate. The big girls are too busy finding friends, tailgate hopping, and scheming who they can sit with at the game.
FACT 3: I am very happy the twins are still happy just hanging out with their momma!
FACT 4: I am reminded everyday how time flies when you are having fun and being a momma!!
our little group of girlfriends got together to help Laura get ready for the arrival for sweet little Liza. we took Laura to her favorite place to eat in Starkvegas, only with the success of me putting my foot down because she just didn't believe I had worked it all out with Taylor. But anyway..... we had a great time celebrating with cake, presents, lots of laughs, and good food! (thanks to Restaurant Tyler)
laura and me
the group
and now sweet little Liza!
the prettiest little baby I have held in a really LONG time!
our little man, as most of you know, seems to be a little sickly. :(
we found out this summer he has an upper respiratory immune deficiency, and he has since started a treatment plan to boost his system.
BUT of course in the meantime, he has started big school and has managed to go ONLY half the days. so................... after a trip to the ENT this past Friday the doctor decided that his adenoids and tonsils will be coming out a week from today. he is not sad to say good-bye to those things, but his momma is just a little nervous about the surgery.
We are hoping this will make a BIG difference!
please pray for a easy surgery and a quick recovery for our little man!
Yes, we had a very big photo shoot. I am proud to report I did not cry that morning - the night before yes. I think I could hold it together because they have one of the best teachers in the world. We are working very hard to transition into our school routine. Honestly, the uniforms do not make for a cute picture BUT they do make an easy morning.
